Since we are not using the green till sheets anymore when there are no money transactions I will be keeping a spreadsheet to take its place. To get the information I need you need to be sure and remember to blog anything to do with your cash drawer when it is in use. If the money is not in use the host needs to lock it up and blog saying so, so I can show where the money is daily on my spreadsheet.
When I was checking today there are halls that have money but have not blogged any info. We need documentation in case we are audited.
